Joshua - Chapter 6

Joshua is starting the conquest of the land - and in this chapter we see the fall of the first city, Jericho.  We read about two witnesses who had been sent ahead, and the blowing of trumpets.

In the future we will see Jesus starting the conquest of planet earth - and as we read about this in the book of revelation we also see there two witnesses sent ahead and the sounding of trumpets (Revelation chapter 11)
